Meet the Team

Founded by two young community builders at Western Australia’s leading Youth Innovation Centre, this project brings together our shared niche in policy and governance - and a deep curiosity about what the future holds for the next generation as they enter the workforce.

  • Co-Founder, Director of Operations & Delivery

Thomas is a student of Philosophy, Politics & Economics and Finance at the University of Western Australia — but more than that, he’s a builder of ideas, organisations, and communities.

As President of Bloom UWA, he helps drive youth innovation across the university, supporting student founders, launching real-world ventures, and making entrepreneurship part of the university experience. Thomas is also the WA State Rep for NAAUC, where he works on policy, programming, and partnerships to improve college life for students nationwide.

His interests sit at the intersection of policy, innovation, and community impact — with a sceptical lens on hype and a strong belief in doing the hard, sometimes unsexy work that makes change stick.

  • Co-Founder, Director of Strategy & Partnerships

Minh is an award-winning strategist and ecosystem builder, with half a decade in the innovation sector. Minh is coordinating one of the first AI startup incubator in Australia as the Community Manager at Bloom.

As a member of the eSafety Commissioner's Advisory Council, Minh has addressed the Australian Parliament, Chief Justice of the Australian High Court, Minister for Communications, and the Australian Communications and Media Authority.

Through high-level advocacy to advance responsible tech, digital rights, and online safety, Minh has consulted international bodies, such as the UN and the World Bank; and Big Tech including TikTok, Snapchat, and Meta.
